Termination by OptivizeAI

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California
• You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California
• The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply
